Lesley is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management, the Professional Body of HR Practitioners in Kenya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Her background in IT and business management enables her to create efficient, tech-driven processes that streamline HR and administrative functions.
